WampServer

I downloaded Wamp5 about a year ago and it started fine at that time. Today I tried it and it wouldn't startup. Anyway, I thought it doesn't matter as I'll download Wamp2. I got rid of everything to do with Wamp5 and then downloaded Wamp2. It seems to have loaded OK. However, when you try to start it up nothing happens at all - nothing! I checked the directory and everything seems to be there. Could one of my computer protection programs be blocking it ? It just seems odd that nothing is happening at all. Any ideas ?

is there a wamp icon on the bottom right task bar? what coulur is it?

and type in http ://localhost


and u should get the main page

Just refresh your mind, left click on wamp tray icon for Main menu, right click for Secondary menu, and double click for Author Credit
