That's the problem, change to different computer, you need to change all settings so your website cann be accessed worldwide.

2 different computer and have same lan ip? that's interesting. how about firewall? did you open port 80 in your firewall? how about dns? are you sure it still setup to tie to the same wan ip, and are you sure that you still has same wan ip? how about vh? I didn't see you enable it, so where do you store your website?
