so u changed the port from 80 to 8080... The lst bit of code shows its running now... Anyway if its not then something is blocking the ports or services.. Allow port 80 or 8080 on firewalls and the services wampapache and wampmysql. Maybe u have anothr server installed like iss. If so disable it
