Where is the localhost username and password stored. I changed it from root last week and have forgotten it already.

Then go to my personal website to download "Reset Mysql" then redo "Setup Password" guide

hey .u mean phpmyadmin?

goto

C:\wamp\apps\phpmyadmin2.11.5\config.inc

and there is two lines with user anmd password..



localhost doesnt have a passowrd unless u have iis installed already

I have the same problem and IIS installed as well. 1. SHould I uninstall it? 2. "it stored in db and encrypted " in what db? How do I find it. Thanks a lot for help in advance
