Hello All,

I would like to set up a forum for my school. As a project for the year, I built a web server (using WAMP) and host pictures, videos, music, and a lot of other random stuff. My teacher proposed that I put a forum on the server (note that it is strictly LAN, our district blocks everything in the router making it impossible to access at home), none the less I would still like to get it done. I have tried using PhBB or something like that with no success, I am positive that I am just doing something wrong. Is there anyone that could possibly walk me through the whole process? I want to be able to make user names, avatars and what not.
