Can not connect with my IP

Hey I need help with small problem I can't connect using my IP address. It lets me see my front page using 127.0.0.1 but when I use my ip address it comes up with a request time out thing. Is there any way I can fix that I cut off my firewalls and also Im running Windows Vista using Mysql 5.0

So do you use wampserver or not? If you do, check Setup LAN & Worldwide Access guide on my personal website
