WampServer

Im trying to set up a forum with wamp. I downloaded SMF and extracted it into a folder and placed the folder in the www directory. when i go to localhost and try to access the via Your Projects, i get a Forbidden "You don't have permission to access /SMF on this server." I made another random folder with a random file in it and tried to access again via Your Projects, and it shows the file. I thought it was my SMF so i tried phpbb but i get the same message. i tried sharing the file, giving full access to the file, etc. but nothing works. Anybody know whats wrong? apparently, the message only pops up when i try accessing the forum folders

Strange, I have just downloaded the SMF zipfiles and I extracted all files and created a new map from my zip program into the www directory and I had no problem to access to the installation of SMF.
