WampServer

Ok, this is what my problem is i set up the Wampserver 2 on my Windows Vista Ultimate Pc and it loads up the localhost just fine but when i go to my IP it dosnt load up it gives me a message stating "The connection has timed out:"
my address ip is [74.69.86.94] or [www.clovergang.com]
i dont know whats going on i had Wampserver on this PC before it stoped working. the ports are working just fine it says its online and that the services are running.

got any advice?

You need to do 3 things: enable port in firewalls, enable port in routers, put wamp in online mode; if not sure how to, check Setup LAN & Worldwide Access on my personal website
