Crash of Wampserver 2 with ntwdblib.dll (URGENT PLEASE)

hello people!
i have an problem with Wampserver 2 the new release!!
i have an MSSQL server 2005 express running, and i have
problems with connection to the database!
i have read serveral messages to download the new:
ntwdblib.dll, and i have do that and copy it into the BIN
folder, now when i want to try to connect to the mssql server
de HTTPD.exe (wampserver) crached, and it say that that file is
being crashed!!
What can i do??
PS - this is the file i have now: Size: 278KB - Version: 2000.80.194.0
