Im gonna use phpBB 3.0.0

Before i install it and so, i just want to ask if i should have some sepciel php settings or so?

Or can i just install it right away without no problems?

Well on my forum i want to create forums/catorigys so members can post and so. But if you look here,

[wc3ground.mine.nu]

you will see that in the "nyheter" forum i can post.

But if you go to forum "Information" i cant post. The "new topic" button is not there.

you have to setup permission in admin control panel; consult more options on phpbb website
