phpMyAdmin & SQLiteManager not working

Hi all
I recently installed WampServer 2.0 to test my php scripts locally. The installation went fine. The localhost page is working. But when I open phpMyAdmin page it says "Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.".
When I open SQLiteManager page it says "The SQLite extension can't be loaded.".
What am I supposed to do.
