The latest version of wamp 2,0b

Just have 2 questions:
1. Is it only to install this new version over the old one (2,0 a) or do I need to uninstall the old one first?
2. "added languages"? What differ between 2,0a and 2,0b?

I can't find any guidelines in how to upgrade! So before I do this plse advice how to upgrade with minimum of efforts.

You can install it over 2a, but for your own safety, you should do a full backup first; check Setup Backup guide on my website
