Access Denied for OBDC@localhost

well i have run a mysql_query on this and i keep getting this error:

Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

i have a password configured on phpmyadmin but i cannot get the php connection to the sql database sad smiley
*sob*

Any help would be appreciated!

You get that error mostly when you don't provide correct db info, go and check Setup Database guide on my personal website to get the idea
