accidently deleted root thing in privleges

ok yea me and my greatness i accidently deleted root thing in my privleges and now i cant get on and i have no clue what to do now becaus ei was trying to make a wow private server and screwed up hot smiley is there like a recovery ro something i'v eunistalled and reinstalled and it didnt work

You delete root user w/o create another full privilege user?

yea i got it fixed now i cant seem to get my server up..dam one problem after another
