using synaptics touchpad. the edge scroll function doesnt work when browsing localhost and subfolders. any ideas please?

I'm having and using 2 laptops and never had that problem, so suggest that you should check w/ your lappy's manufacture for repair ;-)

let me clarify

if i click on wamp tray icon and launch localhost, the browser launches (i tried both FF2 and IE as default browser) but the edge scroll function on my laptop stops working for that one browser window. other browser windows open (browsing the web, not localhost) at the same time have no problem.

if however i open FF or IE and type localhost in the address bar, the edge scroll works.

i dont think my laptop is broken.

synaptics touchpad v6.2 on acer aspire 5100, running vista and IE7/FF2.

possibly the localhost page is written with scrolling turned off but i tdont think so cos it works on mine.

Sorry for misunderstood; anyway, since wamp2 released until now, I've already installed it on more than 50 computers and more than 10 in that 50 are laptops and I've never seen that problem.
