WampServer

Hello everybody,

I've been using WAMP Server 2.0 for about a week to do several testings on an application and I'm having troubles adding an Alias to Apache.

I go to Apache --> Alias Directories --> and Add Alias. The command prompt shows and I add the url and directory I want to add as I did previously. The black screen closes out right after I hit ENTER (I can;t see if anything good or bad happened there ;-) and then WAMP restarts...but the Alias is not there.

No error message at all, but the alias directory is not created and the alias.conf file is not created either under the alias forlder.

What could be causing this?

Please, disregard my previous message....I wasn't typing the ' ' around the directories. Now it's telling me the directory doesn;t exist when it does exit, but I guess I can figure that out. The original problem was simply my mistake...typing mistake ;-)
