apps not in www directory? Should they be?

I just installed WAMP2 and downloaded some alternate versions of Apache, PHP and MySQL.

Apache and PHP appear to be running so far, I can see the server configuration and PHP info pages.

But when I click on the links to phpmyadmin and sqlitemanager, I get the error:
"The requested URL /phpmyadmin/ was not found on this server."

Seeing as I'm accessing files in the browser via "[localhost];
does this mean that the phpmyadmin directory should be in www, not apps? Or am I missing a symlink somewhere and I have to somehow recreate it in Windows?

Thanks!
