Hi all,

I have just joined this forum in hopeful search of help. My major project at univeristy requires me to set up an online database and so far I have been working from manuals. I installed Apache, Php and MySQL seperately at first, and followed all the instructions to the nth degree, but my borwer woud not read the test.php file I had set up in the Apache folder (as tutored by the book)....<?php phpinfo(); ?>...

I tried it twice, and then decided to download a package, so I chose Wamp. Everything installed nicely and the local host page is working fine. I can also access the index dir. and html files, but php, even a simple command, like the above, does not execute.

Meh?

I'm pretty confused. Be troublehsooting all day and nothins worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Kit x

if you type in localhost to ur browser and you get the wampserver page then php is work. this page is a php page.

can you post up ur test.php page.?
