PHP Extension Problems

Hi,
I am running Windows Vista and PHP does not seem to load all extensions it should load.
PHP does not load the mysqli and the GD extension (probably some other too, but I haven't tryed yet).
I've tryed to enable them myself (downloaded PECL from php.net, copyed them into the extension folder and tryed to enable them in the php.ini in C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.2.5\).
PHP is still not loading them and phpMyAdmin tells me: "Cannot load mysqli extension. Please check your PHP configuration. - Documentation". I've checked out the MySQL homepage and downloaded the newest version of php_mysqli.dll and libmysql.dll and put them in the right folder, but still the same error.
I also tryed to enable the GD extension on my normal PHP installationfolder in C:\Program Files\PHP and it worked.
Can someone please help me?
