Thanks my dear guys i am very thankful to you all , the error was #1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) , but because of your help finally i finish the error
config.inc.php

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '123'

mysql is running now .
