WampServer

I am trying to put a website online but I get stuck at the third step. My internet connection uses a modem provided by my DSL provider. Do I have to have special equipment to have the site online? Or can I do it through this modem and if I can than what should I do ? What IP do I enter to access the website online?

Not sure if Bellsouth change it yet, but I gave up last time, about 2 yrs ago, to help a friend because they've already forwarded the signal w/ specific port going to your modem, so it seems you can't forward it to your computer/server
You might want to call them and find out, but remember that most isp forbid to run webserver; however, you can ask how to forward port to use for p2p, which is allowed by law; when you can forward port then you can access your wamp from outside
