WampServer

Well Im using [www.wampserver.com] to help me, but when I get to the 'How to start' and I go to [localhost] its just blank

When you point your cursor to wamp tray icon, make sure to see message that all services running. If not, make sure that you've already enable port 80 in all firewalls and don't have any soft running on or prevent that port such as skypes, zone alarm, internet optimizer, google accelerate, so on
