I cannot get wamp to run at all CLI error

I brand new to this program and installed it for the first time today.
The icon is running the the task bar but clicking on it does nothing
When I click on the wampserver shortcut in Quick launch I get the following error
CLI error
Error Signature
AppName: php-win.exe AppVer: 5.2.5.5 ModName: php_iisfunc.dll
ModVer: 5.2.3.3 Offset: 00001085
Anyone have a clue?
