ASP MySQL - WAMP MySQL

I am new to WAMP, i already had MySQL installed on my Vista machine with .NET connector for ASP.NET application development. Now when i installed WAMP, should i change the port 3306 for
WAMP MySQL installation?

If already had mysql and want to use php, just install php addon instead install wamp
