can't access phpmyadmin / Sqlitemanager

Hello, I need some help. I have installed WAMP on a Wndows XP with a public IP and I cannot access
the phpmyadmin control panel from a remote access.
I can access teh WAMP5 Home Page, but when i click on the phpmyadmin tool link i get the message:
"You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server."
Same apples to the sqlitemanager. I would to know how to set the configuration to access
phpmyadmin/sqlitemanager from LAN and outside access? Is that possible? Someone can help me?

For your own security, phpmyadmin and sqlitemanager are blocked from outside access, even from LAN, and you should keep it that way for your safety
