WampServer

Hi all,
I have a problem and it is a very complicated one or it feels like that to me....here it goes..

How to do the following in wampserver:

1. Adjusting wampserver's clock to match my country's timezone.

2. Using sendmail or PHP mailer using Wampserver on Winxpsp2.

Please give me complete step-by-step directions for this because Im not a tech guy nor do I know how these things go about, all I know is that Wamper is the best stuff, it beats everybody, is very easy to install.

I hope I have clearly told my problem.
