New menu icons + czech language

Hello guy,
thank you for absolutely superb local server but I have 2 suggestions.
1) Can you correct czech string in "czech.lang"??? There is link to file: [files.pnaky.com]
2) A start redraw a new menu icon but I'm confused because I don't know what means those two icons...
PS: It's possible add support for use icont in other menu action (Exit, Help etc)???
And there are last versions for online/offline mode:
