Zend and Wamp

CAn anyone help?
I have installed the latest Wamp SQL and ZEND add ons and when I try to open the SQLlite I get this message:-
Fatal error: Cannot clone object of class PDO due to 'zend.ze1_compatibility_mode' in C:\wamp\sqlitemanager\include\config.inc.php on line 50
any suggestions???

1. Uninstall Wamp
2. uninstall antivirus
3. reboot a computer
4. Put services of windows
5. installed Wamp
