Hi again,

I must enter a default email for instal WAMP5 but i don't know what i must enter. I did use my hotmail but it doen't work, i did you the one ( you@yourdomain - what the system did automaticly) and it also doesn't work.
What do i wrong? What kind of email must i use?

Ik spreek ook nederlands.

you don't need to put in anything since wamp does NOT come w/ mail server

Hi,

...but if you use PHP scripts that send email messages via an SMTP server, for example your ISP's SMTP server, and you want to avoid hard coding the IP address or domain name of the mail server to every mail() or some other email command, you can include the IP address or domain name in the file c:\wamp\apache2\bin\php.ini file:

[mail function]
; For Win32 only.
SMTP = mail.example.com

Also, if you use PHP command line (CLI) scripts to send emails, do the same mod in the file c:\wamp\php\php.ini.
