When i show the page, it always returns error :

undifined function mssql_connect()......

how to fix it ?

you need to enable that extension in your php.ini file. enable php_mssql

if you have wamp, the start wamp, left click on the system tray icon -> php settings -> php extensions, and click on php_mssql
