help w/ installing freetype libraries

Hi - im a newbie n would like to add freetype library supp 4 da wamp but dunno how... Even downloaded tha freetype library n added it to wamp - nothing happened...
Could anybody help me?

Sorry - i messed wid tha wrong freetype package....
The one that works cn be found : [ftp.gnome.org]

Also... - could admins of wamp add it to new wamp5 release?
