Joomla i.5 Internal Server Error

In Joomla 1.5 RC2 installed on the WAMP5 v1.7.3 server, when I click on the Extensions Install/Uninstall option, I get the message that "The website cannot display this page" and "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error."

How can I fix this so I can install a template?

Any help would be appreciated.
