Error when installing WAMP5 1.7.3

When I install WAMP5 I get an error
"Het systeem kan het opgegeven bestand niet vinden"
is translated into english:
"The system can't find the required file" .. something like that :p
What can I do to prevent this fault to occur when installing WAMP5 ?
or how do I fix it?
(i'm using Windows XP home edition Servicepack 1)

You might got a corrupted file, so re-download it at official site or on my site

anyone help me? need it fixed today 
I might had this application installed on my PC in the past, is there anything he saved on my PC (like temporary files?) that could affect the installation of that .exe file?

De-installeer heel WAMP, verwijder de hele C:/wamp map, haal de nieuwste hier ->

Als het nu nog niet lukt... nouja daar wil ik liever niet over nadenken :p

Un-install WAMP completely, remove the complete C:/wamp folder, download the newest version here ->

Still the same error, i'll search my PC for any file that contains the name wamp.. delete those and then try to install it again.

You need to completely uninstall, delete wamp folder, clean wampapache and wampmysql in registry, and restart computer before re-install
Also make sure no others soft such as IIS, Skypes, so on using port 80

Hi,
this might be related to an antivirus thinking that wampmanager.exe is corrupted. Do you have an anti virus installed? If yes, how old is you virus database?

Yes, I have an anti-virus program running
NOD32
it updates serveral times every day, so it's up to date.

Turned off virus scan - still the same error..
is there another program that I can use instead of this program?
