How to connect with VB.NET to the Sql Server

Hello there!
i have an problem, i have made an program in VB.NET 2005, and that program has to connect to the SQL server from WAMP server, but i'm not allowed to connect from outside!
what i have to do so that the sql server the connection allow, so i can connect with my program to the database??
any help!!
