WampServer

I've installed WAMP5 and Joomla within it. Now I am trying to get to the server but the WAMP icon is yellow and white. I have clicked "Start all Services" and "Restart all Services" several time each and I can't get the icon all white.

How can I do that?

It has worked before, so the installation seems to be OK.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

I just found out Skype was interfering with WAMP.
I closed Skype and all services are working fine.
