Fatal Error: allowed memory size exhausted

I get this error message and I think it's caused by some memory-limitation in WAMP. But I can't find it. Am I right? And how do I solve it?
Thanks in advance

The error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 103 bytes) in C:\Documents and Settings\myaccount\My documents\My websites\WAMP\www\drupal-5.2\modules\locale\locale.module on line 175
