Mysql settings

i want to edit settings from mysql import. max file size. how can i do this ?

open php.ini (c:\wamp\apache2\bin\php.ini) and find:
post_max_size = 16M

change to
post_max_size = 50M

save the file and restart apache for the new setting to take effect.
