Error 403, need help

I would like to make my lokalhost accessable on the net. But when I am trying to connect to my IP, I only get the error message HTTP 403 (forbidden). I am behind a router, so I would like to know, how I could redirect a direct an access from my IP to the localhost. Would be glad if you can help me.

i am stupid i forgot to put the server online, so it works ! thx and sorry for my question!
