HI,
I am a user who use Chinese(Traditional) character in my computer.
I have problem in my database it display garbage characters, like "????",
in Chinese characters. English character is normal.
I don't know how to deal with the problem,
myphpadmin
Language is Chinese Traditional - so menu is normal

the data in table, if it is chinese character will become "????"

my browser charset is
content="text/html; charset=utf-8"

has someone get the same situation?
please help we to solve it.

problem solve

when I create a database need to choose "utf8_general_ci"

And you might be interested in upgrading php5 to php6 which supports Unicode
