File Permissions in the www folder

hiya. I have installed a oscommerce shop on my PC (using WAMPSERVER) in the www folder.
the only problem i have is that i need to change (CHMOD) the config.php file within the oscommerce installation. I have to change the permissions from 777 to 644.
Is there any way i can do this?

Windows doesn't have chmod, so try to set it "read only" through folder property which is, as you've already knew, not completely compared to chmod.
