Hello.
After downloading wamp, I try using mysql via phpmyadmin. But I got this message:

"Note: phpMyAdmin gets the users' privileges directly from MySQL's privilege tables. The content of these tables may differ from the privileges the server uses, if they have been changed manually. In this case, you should reload the privileges before you continue."

so I set the password, but now i can't get into mysql using phpmyadmin. now I get the following message:

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in config.inc.php and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server."

Can someone help me?
Do I have to create the tables using the console only? Or can I use phpMyAdmin to do so?
