I'm having a problem with Turkish language. In phpMyAdmin, everything is OK and all characters seems good. But in my pages, Turkish characters, such as ş, ç, ı, ğ... don't seems, despite them, i see "?".

I have re-created my tables with latin5_turkish_ci and then i wrote a meta code which determines ISO 8859-9. Which configurations do i have to do with the CONF files for Turkish language?

(NOTE: I also tried ISO Turkish coding on the tables, but the problem is continuing...)
