Change from Test to Live server

Ok..this may be silly but I have no clue how to do this. I set up my WAMP server with my computer being the test server. Now that I have the database ready for live use, I want to use a different server with our ISP. How do I do this?

Simplest way is to put your server in online mode and use your web ip; Anyway, you might be interested to check out my site for the idea
