getting forbidden error

Hello,
I upgraded my WAMP and now I cannot connect to my website from an outside computer... even on the same network. I keep getting a 403 forbidden message and something says I need to log in.. Is there a way to change this so I can get things back to the way I had them before the upgrade? Please let me know and thank you.
