libmysql.lib and *.h missing?

c:\wamp\mysql\bin\libmysql.dll exists; however, I cannot find the corresponding lib or .h files to be able to develop my own MySQL client application using WAMP5 1.7.2.
The addition of these files should not make the WAMP5 package too much larger, but if people really do not want them included, I vote they should at least be made available for developers who would rather use WAMP5 instead of scrounging around for all the pieces.
Yes, I'm lazy. That's why we are all here using WAMP.

i dont know what you are talking about, wamp comes with mysql support.
