403, but not on phpmyadmin

Hello,

I'm very new to this whole webserver process, and am VERY glad I found WAMP. I loved the fact that the community here isn't sink or swim, but actually includes manuals!!! But anyways, here is my situation:

After reading the manual, I thought I was all ready to start working, so I also read the first part of the PHP manual on the PHP.net site. I figured I'd just use their "my first php enabled page" Hello World for the start (what's learning a new language without Hello World?) So I copied it and pasted it into notepad, got it saved in my www and thought I was ready to go. So I can access it on my local host, but when accessing it on another computer on my network, I get the dreaded 403 Forbidden Access message.

Tried searching for it on here, but it seems like most get this error only when accessing phpmyadmin, so I'm still quite a few steps shy of that, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
