Weird error

When i start Apache on port 80 it gives me the same error. However I checked to see if it was even binding to port 80. Which it was not. So i used port 75 and it binded to port 75 but Apache2 still will not connect.
Error
[Fri Jun 01 08:48:54 2007] [notice] Child 672: Starting thread to listen on port 75.
[Fri Jun 01 08:49:08 2007] [warn] (OS 10038)An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. : setsockopt(SO_UPDATE_ACCEPT_CONTEXT) failed.
Any ideas?

Well i installed the 1.6.x version it seems to work. However i noticed it only works with FireFox. Maybe that is the same with 1.7.x. Will check it out later and tell you.
