hello, you must have administrator rights for service starting.
is this your case?

I fixed it.

I deleted "Wampserver.exe" from the Start Up Menu and replaced it with the Batch file that contains:
Wampserver.exe
NET START wampache
and NET START Mysqld.

I've played with all the batch files in the Wampserver folder and this simple batch file shortcutted to the Start Up works fine.

No errors in Apache log file, I am logged in as Administrator.

this file "wampserver.exe" would not have to be at this place.
I think It is not the install process of wamp...

normally in the start menu it is a shortcut link to the file : C:\wamp\wampmanager.exe

thank you to have informed to us.
