can anybody tell me how to do for make my ip the server i need to upload videos. i don't want dns ( domain )

I've tried using my computer as a webserver to my Website and got a domainame pointing to my IP but the problem is when i rstart computer the IP changes.. how can i get same IP and not getting changed? please give me some advice how i can use constant IP? I'm using Bredbandsbolaget (a swedish internet-provider) and i tried many times and when i didn't restart computer then the IP worked but everytimes i restart That's the problem.. Tnx for helping me

You must make sure your IP stays the same, like booting up all computers on the network in the same order
else, im not sure, it might be possible to make your computer fake an ip
