Hello Romain smiling smiley
I would like to ask you, if you are taking the problem with nod32 in intent for the next releases of wamp5. I'm asking this because even i could installed the last 1.7.1a version, after enabling nod32 again, it still complaines that the "wampmanager.exe" file has a new kind of heuristic virus.... I already conclude that this is only happening whit nod32....but please.... i would like to resquest you to see this issue for the next releases of wamp5.... I simply love the program.
Thank you very much !!
Keep up the good work !!

Thanks,
I already installed the 1.7.1a version and noticed that it was in fact fixed the phpmyadim problem....but my request was not this....instead my request was to now if you are going to take in intent that this version just like the 1.7.1 has some incompatibility issue with nod32 and if it's intent of yours to correct this in future versions...
Best regards !!

Hi Pedro, i'm not Romain but i think this is definitely a incompatibilty between this antivirus and his heuristic detection and the WAMP5 application and many others "too much beautiful to be true",

see for example :

I hope this issue can be fixed in the next release of Nod32.

Try update your Nod32 ThreatSense Updates :

for other information about heuristic alert, please visit :

and, if you want, post your questions to support Nod32 at : support@nod32.com

Of course, and in a positive spirit of pooling of information, you can also inform us of the follow-up of this problem by Nod32 on this forum so that all are well-informed.

:-)

latest news from Nod32 support :

Hi Dominique,

I have extracted all files from the installation package, but none of them was flagged by NOD32 whatsoever.

If you are positive that the most current version actually triggers a false positive, please send me that particular file in a password protected archive.
